With a budget of $200 million, filming began in January 2017 with Kevin Feige as the producer. In 2013, Feige confirmed of having plans to brink Black Panther to the screens. It is intended to be distributed by Walt Disney Studios Motion Pictures, running for 134 minutes The film was first slated to be released in December 2017, but it was pushed to February 2018.

The amazing project of Black Panther required extra research to incorporate the right culture, designs, and comics. Some of the countries handpicked for the research included Uganda, Ethiopia, Rwanda, DRC, Nigeria, and Burundi. Ruth E. Carter, the costume designer had various references such as Maasai, Zulu, Turkana, Dogon, Basotho, and Himba.

Generally, Black Panther is expected to appeal to a wider community, both local and international. It is one of its kind apart from Justice League that illustrates various superheroes.
